Refund Policy
This policy outlines the criteria and procedures for requesting a refund on digital asset purchases made on ToNextStep.
1. Digital Goods Refund Overview
Because digital assets (such as Notion templates, UI kits, e-books, software, and audio packs) are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final once the download has commenced, except in the specific circumstances detailed below.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions: • Corrupted or Defective File: The asset file is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable and cannot be resolved by support. • Material Discrepancy: The delivered asset is fundamentally different from the specifications and features described on the product page. • Duplicate Order: You accidentally purchased the exact same asset twice in a single transaction or within a short time window.
3. Non-Eligible Refund Situations
Refund requests will not be approved under the following conditions: • Change of mind after downloading the asset. • Incompatibility with software or tools clearly listed as required on the product detail page. • Failure to provide reasonable details or assistance when reporting a technical issue.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request: 1. Log in to your ToNextStep account and navigate to the 'Report an Issue' tab in your Dashboard, OR contact us via our Contact page. 2. Provide your Order ID, registered email address, and a brief description of the issue. 3. Our customer support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
5. Processing & Refund Disbursement
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, directly back to the original payment method used during checkout (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Depending on your financial institution, funds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days.
6. Effect on License & Asset Usage
Upon approval of a refund, the usage license granted for the digital asset is immediately terminated. You must permanently delete all downloaded files, templates, and copies from your devices and cease using the asset in any ongoing or future projects.
